Are Nohoa beds really orthopedic?
Yes. All Nohoa beds use an independent 3-layer system, the TriComfort System, including memory foam, developed to provide real joint support, reduce pressure points, and promote healthier sleep.
What kind of dogs are they suitable for?
Nohoa beds are ideal for:
• Senior dogs
• Dogs with joint problems or a predisposition to dysplasia
• Medium and large-sized dogs
• Very active dogs
• Any dog that sleeps for many hours
In summary: all dogs benefit from truly adequate rest.
Can the bed be washed?
Yes, it was designed with pet parents' real lives in mind:
- Removable and washable outer cover
- Waterproof inner cover, which fully protects the foam inserts
Keeping the bed clean is quick and easy.
Can I replace just the cover?
Yes.
The outer covers are also sold separately, allowing you to change the look of the bed whenever you want, without having to replace the entire product.
Furthermore, we launch limited editions of exclusive fabrics and patterns.
Where and when do you ship?
We ship throughout mainland Portugal. To optimize logistics, we ship all orders at the end of each week.
We also ship to the Islands and EU countries. To do this, simply contact us before placing your order and we will expedite the process so you can receive your Nohoa bed.
Can I return it if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns in accordance with current legislation for online purchases.
⚠️ Important:
We do not accept returns for beds that have been damaged by the animal, including tears, bites, or material destruction.
Nohoa beds are designed to offer comfort, support, and durability with normal use, but they are not indestructible nor resistant to chewing or destructive behaviours — just like any other bed on the market.
